By first identifying and understanding what we tell ourselves about ourselves and the world around us, we can then begin to challenge and reframe our stories in a way that empowers us, and to create the reality we desire, and live our fullest lives.

Comparison
The tendency to compare ourselves to others. It is the belief that we are not good enough unless we measure up to someone else's standards.

Control
The need to control everything in our lives. It is the belief that we need to have everything figured out and that we cannot handle uncertainty.

Attachment
This is the belief that we need things or people in order to be happy, and the tendency to cling to them.

Expectation
This is the belief that things should be a certain way, and the tendency to be disappointed when they are not.

 Blame
This is the tendency to blame others for our problems and to avoid taking responsibility for our own lives.

Shame
This is the belief that there is something wrong with us and the tendency to hide or deny our true selves. 

Resistance
This is the tendency to resist change and to cling to old patterns of thought and behavior.

By becoming aware of these beliefs and working to overcome them, we can achieve greater happiness and fulfillment in our lives.
